Michael Smith

Michael Smith has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Flynn Group since March 2021. Prior to this role, Michael spent over two decades at NPC International, where responsibilities included Human Resource Leader and Area Director overseeing multiple units in Richmond, VA. Michael's career began at Pizza Hut in various management positions, including Restaurant Manager and Shift Manager, and included experience as a Computer Technician at Circuit City and a Sales Associate at 7-Eleven. Michael holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
