Mike J. is a dynamic HR leader with extensive experience in human resources, multi-unit management operations, training and development, and project management. They have held several managerial roles, including District Manager at JOANN Stores and Human Resources Business Partner at Flynn Group, and previously served as a Store Manager at AutoZone and Tractor Supply Company. Mike is committed to mentoring and coaching teams to achieve their goals and fosters a culture of open communication and positive intent. They are currently pursuing degrees in Business Administration and Management at Brigham Young University - Idaho and Journalism at the University of Louisville.
