Shannon Freeman

Shannon Freeman is a seasoned project manager and facilities manager with extensive experience in the hospitality and construction industries. At Southwest Value Partners from 2019 to 2023, Shannon enhanced performance across a diverse portfolio of nearly 5,800 keys in hospitality and mixed-use developments. Currently, Shannon manages facilities projects at Flynn across 154 locations while also serving as a holistic practitioner and energetic coach focused on empowering women in corporate environments. Prior roles include facilities manager at Kona Grill Corporate Office and project manager at Pillar Builders, where Shannon demonstrated expertise in project management, contractor negotiations, budget management, and team leadership.
