Tim Rush

Tim Rush currently serves as the Senior Director of Real Estate Optimization at Flynn Restaurant Group, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Tim Rush spent 16 years at H&R Block, where responsibilities expanded from Director of Franchise Support to Vice President of Field Operations & Real Estate. This tenure included leading operational teams and executing strategic initiatives within the company’s extensive franchise network. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Sprint, DST Systems, and Central Bank, showcasing capabilities in process excellence and financial auditing. Tim Rush earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
