Izabela Półchłopek

Izabela Półchłopek has diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Izabela is currently working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at FLYR Labs since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at j-labs software specialists as a Senior IT Recruitment Specialist from February 2020 to November 2022, where they were responsible for Talk4Devs event and IT recruitment. Before that, they were an IT Recruitment Specialist at j-labs software specialists from May 2018 to February 2020. In 2017, they worked as an IT Recruiter, and in 2016 as a Junior IT Recruiter at Modis. Izabela also gained experience as an IT Researcher at Modis from September 2015 to March 2016. Additionally, they completed an internship in the HR Department at Houghton International in 2015 and an internship in Recruitment at Uniapol in 2014.

Izabela Półchłopek obtained a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Psychology of Organization from Jagiellonian University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Engaging Presentations from Leaders Island in December 2021 and Das Goethe-Zertifikat B1 from Goethe-Institut e.V. in December 2019.
