Rafał Pabijan

Rafał Pabijan has several years of experience in IT recruitment. Rafał currently works as an IT Recruiter at FLYR Labs. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Glovo through dotLinkers. Rafał also served as an IT Unicorn Recruiter at dotLinkers. Earlier in their career, they worked at Luxoft as an IT Recruitment Researcher, where they were responsible for identifying and recruiting IT professionals. Rafał also has experience as an Assistant at BON AGH.

Rafał Pabijan completed their education with a Magister degree in Human Resource Management from Jagiellonian University. Rafał attended the university from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued their Licencjat degree in Sociology from AGH University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2016.
