Gary Passero

Gary A Passero is an experienced software engineer and technology leader with a strong background in software architecture, agile transformation, and project management. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Flytedesk since January 2022, Gary leads the development of e-commerce supply side platforms while driving agile initiatives within the organization. Previous roles include Software Craftsman at RoleModel Software and Senior Software Engineer at ADI, LLC, where Gary led cross-functional teams and championed agile principles. With experience at Harris Corporation, Rit Research Corp, and Nortel Networks, Gary possesses extensive expertise in developing embedded and desktop applications, as well as crafting solutions that deliver value and address customer needs. Gary holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, respectively.
