Karl Hofmann

Karl Hofmann is the SVP, Platform at Flytedesk. Karl was previously the SVP & GM, Platform at Brand Networks from April 2013 to October 2018. In October 2018, they joined Alstom as the Platform Development Director and held this position until January 2022. Prior to Alstom, Hofmann was the Product Architect and Development Manager for Automatic Train Protection and Control Products at Alstom Transport from May 2007 to April 2013. From November 2005 to May 2007, they were a Founding Partner at Simplified Building Concepts where they were responsible for Business Development, General Management, Business Process Design, and Customer Solutions Provider.

Karl Hofmann studied electrical engineering at Cornell University, earning a Master of Engineering degree. Karl then attended Binghamton University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Divinity at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, also studying biblical languages. Karl's high school education was completed at Liverpool High School, and they began their collegiate studies at the United States Air Force Academy.
