Tracy Stewart

Tracy Stewart is an experienced professional in the aviation and guest experience sectors, currently serving as a Facilitator in Inflight Operations at WestJet since January 2024. With a robust background in training and operational management, Tracy previously held roles at Flair Airlines as Manager of Airports Training and Support, and at the Canadian Red Cross as a Master Facilitator and Site Manager for a traveler isolation center. Tracy's career began at WestJet in 2007, progressing through various key positions, including Coordinator for Cabin Services and Experience Delivery, where major communication initiatives and training programs were developed. Additionally, Tracy has established a photography business with Flytographer since 2013, specializing in capturing memorable moments in Banff National Park. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Royal Roads University and studies at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
