Shai Karassikov

Shai Karassikov has extensive work experience, beginning with the Israel Defense Forces in 2010, where they served in various roles including Private, Sergeant, Second Lieutenant, First Lieutenant, Captain, and Major. In 2019, they joined Salt Of The Earth Ltd. as an Organizational Development Consultant, followed by Wine Route as an Operations Manager. In 2020, they took on the role of Head Of Operations at SafeMode, where they worked with external telematics vendors and tracked company KPIs/OKRs. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as Junior Product Manager at Flytrex.

Shai Karassikov's education history includes a High School Diploma from Mosenson Elite Academy (2005-2009), a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Bar-Ilan University (2014-2017), a Master of Arts in Organizational Consulting and Development from The College of Management Academic Studies (2018-2019), and a Product Management Mentoring Program from Product League (2022).
