Vengataraman Ra

Vengataraman RA has extensive experience in IT operations and solutions delivery, currently serving as the Global Head of IT Operations & Solutions Delivery at Flytxt since December 2008. Vengataraman has held various leadership roles within the company, including Head of Platform Engineering for the APAC, Middle-East, and Africa regions, and Principal Manager overseeing technical delivery for both MTN Africa and the Latin America region. Responsibilities include managing big-data analytics product deployments across ten countries in the Caribbean and Latin America, ensuring global IT production operations for enterprise-level products, and leading a team focused on operational excellence and incident management. Prior to Flytxt, Vengataraman worked as a Software Engineer at IBS Software Services after earning a BE in Electronics and Communication from Anna University Chennai in 2007.
