Nataliia Kuzmenko

Nataliia Kuzmenko currently serves as the Head of Customer Support Center at Ukraine International Airlines since June 2018, overseeing work resource allocation, training programs, and complex issue resolution. Previously, Nataliia held various positions in the aviation industry, including the Head of Operations Control Center at Ukraine International Airlines, where management of operational disruptions and flight performance monitoring were key responsibilities. Other roles include Commercial Sales Executive at flydubai, Agent Support for Norwegian Air Shuttle, and Head of the Commercial Sales Department at Air Onix. Nataliia's extensive experience in sales, operational management, and customer support is complemented by educational qualifications from the State University of Trade and Economics and Kyiv National Linguistics University.
