Scot Susi has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Scot began their career in 1987 as an Electrical Engineer at the Central Intelligence Agency. In 1991, they moved to Andersen Consulting as a Consultant. Scot then joined Oracle in 1995 in a similar role. In 1996, they transitioned to Sybase as a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer. In 1998, they moved to Novell as a Federal Account Manager. Scot then joined BMC Software in 2002 as a Strategic Account Manager. In 2004, they moved to NetApp as a Federal Account Manager for DoD Agencies. In 2008, they joined VMware as both a Director of Sales for US Army/DoD Joint Agencies and a US Army Strategic Account Manager. In 2014, they moved to Nutanix Federal as a Director of DoD Sales, managing sales to the Department of Defense for Nutanix' converged compute and storage platform. Finally, in 2023, they joined Flywheel Data as the VP of DoD and Civilian Sales.

Scot Susi received their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech between 1986 and 1991. Scot also attended West Springfield, however, no information is available regarding the time period or the degree or field of study.
