Calvin Chen

Calvin Chen is a seasoned professional in the payments industry with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as VP Global Payments, Cards & APMs at Flywire since March 2023, Calvin previously held the position of Head of Payments Platform Partnerships - Americas at Google from July 2014 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing partnerships and strategies for global payment processing. Prior to that, Calvin worked as a Business Leader in Product Strategy & Innovation at Visa and as an Account Strategist at Google, focusing on advertising effectiveness. Early career experience includes a role with the SF Giants Community Fund. Calvin holds an MBA in Strategic Operations from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a dual degree in Business Administration and Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.
