Mario Morales is an experienced HRIS professional with a strong background in global human resources management and system implementations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global People Systems at Flywire, Mario previously held the position of HRIS Global Head at Archroma, where leadership included managing HRIS for 3000 employees across 35 countries and overseeing various HCM solutions. Prior experience includes roles as HRIS Transformation Digital Manager at Integra and Accenture, where Mario specialized in SAP HCM implementations and project management. Mario’s career began as a Quality Industrial Engineer at SONY S.A. Mario holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
