Victoria Stephens

Victoria Stephens currently serves as the Senior Director of Client & Payment Experience at Flywire, where responsibilities include leading a global customer support team of 120 employees across various sectors such as education, healthcare, travel, and B2B. Victoria has advanced through multiple roles within Flywire, beginning as a Client Success Associate and progressing to positions including Manager and Director in the Client & Payment Experience department. Prior to joining Flywire, project management experience was gained at Asociacion Cultural Social Educativa Segundas Oportunidades, and language assistance was provided at the Bilingual Education Development and Assessment Program. Victoria also completed internships related to marketing, branding, and strategic procurement at organizations including the City of Worcester and CVS Health. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Spanish from the College of the Holy Cross and studies at Universidade da Coruña.
