YoungGwan Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, engineering, and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Business Development Engineer and representative at FM Approvals since June 2018, YoungGwan Kim is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and enhancing customer relationships in the APAC region. Prior experience includes roles at 3M, where responsibilities spanned process engineering, supply chain analysis, and quality engineering within the Display Material Systems Division. YoungGwan Kim's background also includes a human resources internship at Siemens, proprietary trading apprenticeship, and service in United Nations Peacekeeping operations. Academic credentials include an MBA from IE Business School, a MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management from MIT, and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Kyung Hee University.
