Paul Eberly

Paul Eberly has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial industry. Paul currently holds the position of Executive Vice President - Chief Development Officer at F&M Bank since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President - Chief Credit Officer at F&M Bank from September 2020 to September 2022. Paul also worked as the Senior Vice President - Agricultural & Rural Programs Leader and Vice President - Agricultural & Rural Programs Leader at F&M Bank from 2020 to 2019.

Before joining F&M Bank, Paul Eberly worked at Farm Credit of the Virginias, where they held several roles. Paul was the Director of Risk Management & Reporting from January 2017 to December 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Sales & Lending Manager - Virginia South Commercial Ag from March 2013 to December 2016. Paul started their career at Farm Credit of the Virginias as a Corporate Credit Analyst - Agribusiness & Capital Markets in June 2005 and continued in that role until February 2013.

Paul Eberly obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Animal & Poultry Science from Virginia Tech, which they pursued from 2000 to 2005. Paul later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Eastern Mennonite University, completing it between 2009 and 2011.
