The Loan Operations team at FM Capital is responsible for overseeing the entire loan lifecycle, from origination to closing and servicing. This team ensures that all loans are processed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards. Comprising Junior Loan Officers, Loan Officers, Senior Loan Officers, and a Senior Loan Originator, they work collaboratively to assess borrower needs, structure loan deals, and maintain strong client relationships to create value for investors, clients, and borrowers.
