Ayo Pedro SHRM-SCP, CPHR has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Starting in 2009, Ayo worked as a Human Resources Consultant/Recruiter for Human Capacity Development Consultants. From 2013 to 2018, Ayo was a Human Resources Business Partner/Recruiter for Royal Exchange Plc. In 2019, Ayo served as a Human Resources Advisor at Civeo North America. Ayo then moved on to work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at RIGHT CHOICE Camps & Catering Ltd. from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, Ayo joined Randstad as a Senior Technical Recruiter. From 2022 to 2023, Ayo had various leadership roles, including Team Lead, Talent Acquisition at Beacon HR, Talent Acquisition Lead at PeopleScout and Merative. Currently, Ayo is a Talent Acquisition Lead at FM Global.

Ayo Pedro SHRM-SCP, CPHR has a Master's degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos, which was obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Ilorin, which was obtained from 2005 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Ayo Pedro SHRM-SCP, CPHR has obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in December 2020, the CPHR certification from CPHR Alberta in December 2018, and the Full Member (MCIPM) certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria CIPM in 2017.
