Chris O'Connor

Chris O'Connor has a range of work experience in various companies and roles. Chris is currently working as the Head of Delivery Practices at FM Global since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at MassMutual from 2013 to 2021, holding multiple positions including Transformation Strategy Lead, Head of Continuous Improvement, and Lean Deployment Leader. Before joining MassMutual, Chris worked at MassMutual from 2008 to 2013, serving as AVP Corporate Finance and AVP Retirement Services. Chris also gained experience at Lewtan as a Senior Analyst from 2002 to 2003, and at State Street as a Senior Analyst from 1998 to 2002. Chris started their career as a Research Assistant at Jordan Ministry of Planning in 1998.

Chris O'Connor attended Bowdoin College from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with a concentration in Political Philosophy and Asian Studies. Chris then pursued higher education at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2003 to 2005, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and General Management. Furthermore, they completed their high school education at the American Community School in Amman, Jordan. In addition to their formal education, Chris has also obtained certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, as well as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Straight Line Performance Solutions, LLC.
