Damien Leembruggen

Damien Leembruggen has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Damien started their career at Gen Re as a Trainee Facultative Underwriter, where they gained experience in underwriting property business. Damien then joined FM Global where they held multiple roles, including Senior Business Development Manager and Account Manager, responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing select clients across various industries. Damien also worked at AXIS Specialty Australia as the National Manager for Property Lines, overseeing the management and development of the national property underwriting team. In 2016, they joined AXA Corporate Solutions as the National Property & Energy Manager, where they established the Melbourne branch and focused on developing property, energy, and mining portfolios in Australia and New Zealand. Damien is currently working at FM Global as the Sales Vice President, Business Development.

Damien Leembruggen completed their VCE at Xavier College from 1982 to 1990. Damien then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology and Physiology at Monash University from 1991 to 1996.
