Kathy Sollecito

Kathy Sollecito currently serves as the HR Sr Partner for Rewards & Compensation at FM Global, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this, Kathy spent over a decade at Citizens Bank, where roles included Sr Compensation Consultant and Learning Facilitator, focusing on compensation strategies, retention initiatives, and training facilitation. Kathy's earlier experience includes retail banking management at both Citizens Bank and PNC, with a strong emphasis on coaching staff, exceeding sales goals, and ensuring compliance. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago, completed in 2006.
