Kimberly Hayes

Kimberly L. (Kim) Hayes is an experienced executive specializing in technology enablement and consulting services. Currently, Kim serves as the Head of Global Technology Enablement Services at FM Global, a role held since November 2021. Kim is also the Business Owner of Pope-Hayes Consulting, offering strategic guidance across various sectors since October 2017. Previous experience includes leadership positions at AmWINS Group Benefits as Senior Vice President of Operations and at New York Life Insurance Company as Corporate Vice President of Marketing, where Kim developed and executed sales strategies and managed operational teams. With a solid educational background including a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate’s Degree from Ocean County College, Kim has consistently driven growth and innovation throughout a diverse career spanning multiple companies and industries.
