Kimberly L. (Kim) Hayes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology enablement and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Global Technology Enablement Services at FM Global since November 2021, Hayes also operates Pope-Hayes Consulting, offering strategic insights across various domains. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Operations at AmWINS Group Benefits and Corporate Vice President of Marketing at New York Life Insurance Company, where Hayes developed and executed successful strategies and oversight for sales and marketing initiatives. With a track record of driving substantial revenue growth and enhancing operational efficiency, Hayes has also held leadership positions at Integrated Supply Network and RADIALPOINT INC, demonstrating a commitment to innovation and client satisfaction.
