Lisa Mallam

Lisa Mallam began their career as an Intelligence Analyst at the Office of Naval Intelligence in 1997. In 1999, they transitioned to FM Global, where they worked as a Senior Underwriter until 2006. From 2006 to 2017, Lisa held the position of Senior Underwriting Specialist/Account Manager at FM Global. In 2017, they became the Chief Underwriting Technical Specialist at the same company. Lisa's most recent role at FM Global is Operations Vice President and Operations Chief Underwriter, which they have held since April 2020.

Lisa Mallam obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Shepherd University between 1995 and 1998. In addition, they have obtained several certifications related to bias, building relationships while working from home, having difficult conversations, enhancing productivity in a hybrid work environment, and managing remote teams.
