Randy Baker has extensive work experience in technical communications and project management. Randy is currently employed at FM Global as a Lead Server Technology Specialist. Prior to this, they worked at Waters as a Documentation Manager, overseeing technical communications. Randy also served as a Lead Technical Writer and Project Manager at Technology Transfer Services, where they authored multi-volume IETM for Northrop Grumman-USPS Flats Sequencing System. Randy has also worked as a Contract Technical Writer at ZeroChaos and as a Technical Writer at Inverted Paradigms. Earlier in their career, Randy held the position of General Manager at On-Line Plastic Products, Inc.
Randy Baker attended Pinkerton Academy from 1983 to 1986 and Franklin Pierce University from 1987 to 1989.
