Sonserae Toles has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in culture, employee experience, and diversity and inclusion. At FM Global, Sonserae served as Senior Vice President, where responsibilities included leading the global Culture, Employee Experience, and Diversity and Inclusion function. Previously, as Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Sonserae established the company's first DEI program. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Human Resources at T. Rowe Price and Siemens, where talent management strategies and HR leadership for large employee populations were pivotal. Sonserae also held key positions at GE and St Francis Hospital, emphasizing leadership development and HR management. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
