Tara Long

Tara Long, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, serves as the Chief Information Officer at FM since August 2025, leading the technology organization and ensuring strategic alignment with business operations. Prior experience includes over two decades at MassMutual, where roles ranged from Head of Enterprise Infrastructure Services, responsible for global IT systems and a team of over 1,000, to various leadership positions overseeing technology strategies for corporate and institutional solutions. Earlier career experience includes positions as IT Auditor at PwC and Gerber Scientific Products. Tara Long holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Western New England University.
