Tina Chapman is an experienced professional with a robust background in data architecture, business analysis, and client delivery operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Data Architecture & Services at FM Global since April 2012, Tina specializes in understanding business processes and data flow to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities. Previous roles include Principal Business Analyst and Lead Business Analyst focused on Finance systems at FM Global. Prior experience at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island encompassed director-level positions in Client Delivery Operations and IT Business Integration, as well as business process improvement. Tina began their career at Prudential Financial in public bond trading operations. Tina holds an MBA with a focus in Management Technology from New Jersey Institute of Technology and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology from Seton Hall University.
