Robby Hurd

Robby Hurd has diverse work experience spanning several industries. Robby is currently the VP of Licensing for Musicbed and Filmsupply, a role they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Sales for Musicbed and Filmsupply from 2020 to 2021, and as the VP of Sales from 2019 to 2020. Robby started their career at Musicbed in 2016, initially working in Licensing/Sales before moving into leadership roles. Before joining Musicbed, Robby worked as a Packing Supervisor at Blue Apron from 2015 to 2016, and in Shipping at McMaster-Carr from 2011 to 2015. In the early years of their career, Robby held roles in churches and ministries, including serving as an Associate Pastor at WestHills Church from 2004 to 2011, and as an Associate of Worship Arts at Travis Avenue Baptist Church from 1999 to 2004. Robby also worked as a Summer Work Program Manager at Communities In Schools of North Texas from 2000 to 2003 and as a Summer Intern Recruiter and Manager at Awe Star Ministries Inc from 1994 to 1997.

Robby Hurd began their education journey in 1994 at Valencia College, where they pursued a degree in Core Requirements. Robby successfully completed their associate's degree in 1997. Following this, from 1996 to 1999, Robby attended Belmont University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Religion/Religious Studies. Robby furthered their educational pursuits by attending Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a Master of Divinity degree in Theology and Biblical Languages. In 2015, Robby also obtained a ServSafe Manager Certification.
