Prior to this role, Douglas had an extensive career at PwC, including roles as Tax Services Manager, Learning and Development Manager, and Assurance Manager, with significant experience in managing client relationships, tax consulting, audit services, and team development. Douglas also contributed to financial oversight at CURE International, Inc. and gained international experience in the Netherlands.
