Lynley Solt

Lynley Solt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lynley began their career as an Engineering Co-op Student at General Motors Lordstown Assembly Complex in 1997 and remained in that role until 2001. After that, they joined The Hertz Corporation as a Branch Manager and worked there until 2007. At HUBER+SUHNER, Inc., they served as a Customer Service Representative from 2007 to 2014. Lynley then moved on to Draker, Inc., where they worked as a Sales Support Coordinator from 2014 to 2015. Following this, they joined Draker Corp. as a Sr. Sales Representative and held that position from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Lynley is working at FMC GlobalSat, where they started as SALES - RENEWABLE ENERGY SECTOR in July 2018 before being promoted to Director Of Operations in February 2022.

Lynley Solt obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In 2020, Lynley pursued further education at Michigan State University, earning a Master Certificate in Supply Chain Management & Procurement. During this time, they focused on the field of study in procurement, logistics, materials, and supply chain management, completing their studies in 2021.
