Ej Gottwald

EJ Gottwald is an experienced professional in ice sports operations, currently serving as Director of Operations at FMC Ice Sports since September 2013, where responsibilities have included managing and training a staff of over 100 and overseeing event operations. In addition to the current role, EJ has held various positions within FMC Ice Sports, including Operations Manager, Regional Director, Arena Manager, and Assistant Manager. As President of the North East Ice Skating Managers Association since December 2018, leadership in the ice skating community has been demonstrated. Prior professional experience includes the role of Operations Supervisor/Ice Technician at DCU Center and Facilities Manager at Twin Sticks Inc, showcasing extensive skills in operations management, budgeting, staff coordination, and ice maintenance.
