Tara Sargent

Tara Sargent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and member services, currently serving as Workforce Management Support Lead at Workers Credit Union since September 2009. Tara has progressed through various roles at Workers Credit Union, including Sr. Member Service Representative, Training Specialist, and Member Service Representative. In addition, Tara has been a coach at FMC Ice Sports since November 2012 and completed a post-graduate internship with the Worcester Sharks in 2009, where responsibilities included game night operations and coordination. Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management with a minor in Marketing from Daniel Webster College, earned between 2002 and 2006.
