Chris McFarland

Chris McFarland, PhD, is a skilled professional in the chemical engineering and production sector with extensive experience in managing and improving production processes, particularly in the areas of Indoxacarb and Diamides at FMC Corporation since March 2016. As Plant Manager and Site Technical Manager, Chris leads a team in driving capital projects, enhancing sustainability efforts, and maintaining the site's PSM program. Previous roles at DuPont, Huntsman Advanced Materials, BASF, and as a Post-Doctoral researcher at the University of Arkansas further demonstrate a solid foundation in process engineering, technical expertise, and project leadership. Chris holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Arkansas and a BS in Chemistry from Texas A&M University.
