Elizabeth (Armstrong) Boylan serves as the Director of External Affairs North America at FMC Corporation since May 2021, having advanced to Head of the DC office in April 2024. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held senior positions in government affairs with Solvay from 2017 to 2021, including establishing the company's presence in Washington, D.C. Elizabeth's career also includes experience with Hess Corporation, Talisman Energy, and various government and public affairs consultancy roles. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Clemson University and recently completed a certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard University.
