Renée Munasifi

Renée Munasifi serves as the Senior Director of Global Government & Industry Affairs at Nutrien since October 2019, previously holding the title of Director in the same department. Munasifi has extensive experience in government affairs, having chaired the Pesticide Policy Coalition, representing major crop protection companies and trade associations from September 2017 to October 2019. Additionally, from January 2017 to October 2019, Munasifi was the Director of Government Affairs & Regulatory Policy at the American Soybean Association, where responsibilities included managing biotechnology and regulatory policy and engaging with key federal stakeholders. Earlier roles include Senior Policy Advisor for Congresswoman Kristi Noem, where Munasifi focused on agriculture and trade issues, and experience with the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture and USDA. Educational background includes a Master’s in Business Leadership from Georgetown University and a BA in Foreign Policy/International Relations from North Dakota State University.
