Issa Qandah

Issa Qandah is an experienced professional in the agricultural sector with a focus on plant pathology and crop protection. Currently serving as a TSM at FMC Corporation since April 2018, Issa has been instrumental in aligning personal growth plans with commercial goals. Previous experience includes the role of West Area Development Lead at ADAMA USA from August 2015 to April 2018, providing technical support and positioning for product use in California and Arizona. Prior to that, Issa worked as a Product Assessment Scientist at Monsanto from January 2009 to June 2015, managing extensive research trials for corn and soybean seed treatments. Additional roles at Monsanto included Technology Development Representative, where Issa oversaw research farms and trials related to crop protection systems. Educational qualifications encompass a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from North Dakota State University and a PCA certification in Crop Protection from the California Department of Pesticide Regulation.
