Yaphet Latoison

Yaphet LaToison, CSP, currently serves as the Environment, Health, Safety, and Security Manager at FMC Corporation since May 2022, overseeing environmental and safety programs and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Prior experience includes serving as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at DSM Biomedical, where initiatives were developed to enhance safety culture, and as Lead Environmental, Health and Safety Engineer at Jabil Inc., focusing on Environmental Management Systems. Additionally, Yaphet managed safety programs at Boeing as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist and led teams in the US Air Force, Air National Guard. Earlier roles included Senior Environmental Health and Safety Analyst and Senior HR Training Analyst at Timken Boring Specialties, contributing to the ISO 14001 certification process. Yaphet holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology Project Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Liberal Arts from Temple University.
