Alex Balas

Alex Balas is a Senior Data Migration Consultant at fme Romania, specializing in implementing data and document migration projects. Previously, Alex held various positions, including Technical Delivery Manager and Business Developer at Epix Mobile, where a mobile app development company was founded. As a co-founder of Notario, a digital platform for public notaries, Alex worked on increasing job efficiency. In roles such as Product Manager for GoParty App, Alex focused on product development and backend programming, while co-founding startups like InstaHouse and Lancerr. Alex also has experience organizing startup events with Cluj Startups and evaluating startups at Activize. Alex’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Babes-Bolyai University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from The Entrepreneurship Academy. Achievements include winning "Company of the Year" at the national competition organized by JA Romania.
