Emin Baghirov

Emin Baghirov is an experienced professional in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as a Senior HSE Specialist at Facility Management Group (FMG) since November 2019. Prior to this role, Emin Baghirov held positions at the Ministry of Emergency Situations from 2007 to 2016. Emin Baghirov's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from Khazar University (2022-2024), a Bachelor's degree in Law from Baku State University (2007-2011), and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry (2001-2005).
