John Russell is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in delivering organizational change and managing cross-functional teams. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at FMG since May 2021, John previously held various management roles at the NZ Transport Agency from September 2007 to March 2021, including Business Analysis Manager and Manager of the Change Portfolio. John's expertise includes overseeing business analysis practices, IT service management, and ensuring project compliance with enterprise architecture. Earlier in their career, John worked at Fairfax Media and ComputerCare Ltd, where significant achievements included modernizing ICT operations for newspaper production and providing technical consulting for design and printing industries.
