Michelle Smith is an experienced professional in governance, risk, and compliance, currently serving as an Independent Contractor at FMG since January 2024, focusing on the Fair Conduct Programme and compliance with CoFI licensing requirements. Previously, Michelle worked as a Governance Risk and Compliance Consultant at PwC from August 2021 to December 2023, and held various key roles at ASB Bank from 1999 to 2021, including Senior Manager of Conduct Risk and Risk Culture, where responsibilities centered on enhancing customer outcomes and governance of risk culture policies.
