Nicki MacKay

Nicki Mackay has a wealth of work experience across multiple companies and roles. Nicki is currently the Chief People Officer at FMG (Farmers Mutual Group) since October 2023. Prior to this, they held positions such as the Chief Recovery Officer and Head of Claims and Digital Assessing at FMG. From July 2019 to May 2021, they served as the Head of Agribusiness Centre at FMG. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Area Manager and Business Development Manager at FMG from 2017 to 2019 and 2009 to 2017, respectively.

Before joining FMG, Nicki was the Learning & Development Manager at PGG Wrightson Ltd from October 2007 to July 2009. Prior to that, they worked as the Sales Practice Manager at Tait Communications from June 2005 to October 2007.

Nicki Mackay received their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Tourism from Lincoln University (NZ) between 1989 and 1992. In 2021, they obtained a certification as a Senior Associate CIP Member from ANZIIF.
