Briana Rose has a diverse work background in various roles and industries. Briana started their career as a Campaign Assistant at Alley Cat Allies in 2006. From there, they worked as a Program Manager for the Secretary of the Army's Latin American Cooperation Fund at BCP International. Briana then became a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton before joining MESMO Inc as a Senior Program Analyst. Briana later pursued a role as an Associate Manager at Accenture, where they assisted in the day-to-day operations of a Department of Defense IT organization. Briana then transitioned to Decision Lens, where they held positions as an Associate Director of Customer Success and later as the Director of Customer Success - Federal. Most recently, Briana worked at Elliptic, first as the Global Customer Success Lead for the Public Sector and then as the Head of Customer Success Americas. Currently, they are working as the Director of Client Engagement at FMG Leading and is also a member of Women of Customer Success. Throughout their career, Briana has demonstrated leadership, strategy development, customer success, and program analysis skills.

Briana Rose obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Affairs from James Madison University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in FIU CONNECT (Cryptoassets) from ManchesterCF Financial Intelligence in August 2021. Briana also has a certification in ITIL Foundations, although the specific institution and the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
