Jennifer Perry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the health care and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Managing Principal at FMG Leading since August 2013, Jennifer leads the Health Care Industry practice, directing growth, talent, products, and client services. In addition, Jennifer operates as a consultant through JCP Consulting Services, focusing on leadership, change management, and strategic communications. Previous roles include Senior Vice President positions at St. Joseph Health System, where Jennifer facilitated systemwide strategies and governance, and at Deloitte, where services included strategic planning and operations improvement for health care clients. Jennifer began a career in finance with Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., followed by earning a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pomona College. Areas of expertise encompass leadership development, strategic planning, and market research, contributing to a strong foundation in organizational effectiveness and client-focused solutions.
