Zoe Mendez

Zoe Mendez is currently a Product Manager Intern at FMG since September 2023, where responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of prompts for an internal support assistant tool utilizing OpenAI technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in project management tasks. Previously, Zoe held multiple leadership roles at Target from July 2020 to July 2022, serving as Executive Team Leader of General Merchandise/Food Sales, General Merchandise Team Leader, and Fulfillment Operations Team Leader, managing significant revenue-generating teams and overseeing large-scale operations. Zoe holds an Associate's degree from Palomar College and attended the Flatiron School.
