Eric Vickrey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing, project management, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as a Process Quality Engineer/Lead Technical Writer/Warranty Specialist at FMH Conveyors, Eric has demonstrated expertise in producing high-quality technical content and streamlining documentation processes. Previous roles include Editor/Project Manager at RAINBOW EDUCATIONAL CONCEPTS, INC., where high-quality educational materials were developed for prominent clients, and Director of Marketing and PR at Hays Supermarkets, focusing on brand awareness and customer engagement. Additionally, Eric served as Director of Alumni Communications and Web Developer at Arkansas State University and founded EyeSpeak, providing creative services and support for non-profits.
