With over 20 years of experience, Douglas has a strong track record of fostering growth, innovation, and excellence. Douglas has previously held the position of Area Director of Operations, overseeing multiple restaurants in The Villages, Florida, where a commitment to team empowerment and exceptional guest experiences is prioritized. Earlier roles include Flagship General Manager at TGI Fridays from April 2011 to January 2019 and General Manager at Gators Dockside from August 2001 to April 2011.
